Greek
Geranium

His name is Greek and comes from the word crane (geranos)  because its shape resembles a crane, this tall migratory water bird with long legs and long beak and neck.

The ancient Greeks believed that only display the cranes is the time for plowing.

In Greek mythology crane named Theseus who danced the dance on Delos seeking to show the winding path that followed the maze.

The geraniums are what gives the colors in Greece during the summer and beyond. Trademark of Greek and Mediterranean nature.
